لقي مربي نحل -30 عاماً- مصرعه وأصيب 4 نحالين آخرين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 17-25 عاماً بإصابات مختلفة في حادثة انفجار قذيفة في ضواحي مدينة البريقة بمحافظة عدن.
وذكرت الشرطة لمركز الإعلام الأمني أن الإنفجار وقع في إثر قيام الأشخاص الذين يعملون في مجال تربية النحل بتجميع حطب وإشعال النار فيه لإعداد وجبة طعام لهم.
موضحة بأن النحالين أشعلوا النار في مكان كانت تنام فيه قذيفة خلفتها حرب صيف 1994م ومع وصول الحرارة إليها في باطن الأرض انفجرت لتقتل واحداً منهم اسمه وجدان زيد ثابت, وتصيب الأربعة الآخرين بإصابات مختلفة تم إسعافهم إلى المستشفى لتلقي العلاج, فيما نقلت جثة المتوفي إلى منطقة طور الباحة بمحافظة لحج لدفنه من قبل أسرته.
